Shipping Policy

    Shipping rates are not included in product prices. Customers are responsible for all shipping-related fees, which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

    All orders ship directly from Puerto Rico via USPS. Please allow additional processing and delivery time due to our island location and USPS handling requirements. Standard delivery times may be extended compared to mainland US shipments.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    Fragancias Pitorro is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. In the event of a missing package, customers must file a claim directly with USPS. We cannot process refunds or replacements without a completed shipping

  • Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. Fragancias Pitorro assumes no responsibility for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error. While we will work with you to resolve address issues, corrections may result in significant delivery delays and additional shipping charges.
